How long does shipping take?

UK Delivery
Delivery within the UK typically takes 2-3 business days after your item is made and dispatched. Shipping is £4.99.

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link with details of your package. Please note, after your item is shipped, it’s your responsibility to track and follow up on any delivery issues. Make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order to avoid any delays.

Do we offer returns or exchanges?

As we are a small business and all items are handmade. However if there is a strong reason for a refund, please get in touch and we will consider your case.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost or stolen, please take photos of any damage and contact Royal Mail directly for compensation by searching “Royal Mail damaged/lost/stolen package claim” online.

Please note, we are not responsible for any issues that occur once your package is in the hands of the delivery service.
